Building on its start as US Barge, US Fab today has the capacity and available workforce to build everything from small deck to large ocean-going barges.  We offer oversized buildways, large indoor capacity and a highly skilled workforce. Our unique no-stress launch system ensures each vessel enters the water without compromising its full lifespan potential.

We build, repair and outfit double-hulled tank barges, heavy deck construction barges, dump/hoppers and more, with innovative design, project planning and construction approaches that move barges from concept to completion on budget and on time.

US Fab barges are unique, like the one we built for American Bridge Company/Fluor Enterprises, Inc., which features a stiff leg crane. Designed by Glowacki Engineering, the finished barge measured 100' (30m) wide by 400' (120m) long, engineered to support the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge project. Barges we build for Harley Marine carry the names and the hopes of people all-too-young who fought courageously against cystic fibrosis, juvenile diabetes and other debilitating diseases.
